We are passionate about producing high performing wagyu bulls for the Fullblood and F1 markets.

Sharing a great meal with family and friends is one of life’s great pleasures, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing someone’s reaction when they try high quality, well cooked, melt in your mouth wagyu for the first time. The end product aside we do what we do because we love the land and our animals, and enjoy the challenge of continuously working to improve the productivity of both.

Trent Bridge Wagyu is a family owned and operated stud which has been producing high performing bulls for the Fullblood and F1 market since 2005.

Located at Aberfoyle on the Northern Tablelands we sold our first stud wagyu bulls into the F1 supply chains in 2006, 18 years on we are very proud of the reputation we have developed as providers of high quality genetics for many supply chains.

Historically, we have sold our bulls privately, however, in 2023 we made the decision to move to a public auction offering 150 high performing sires at our inaugural sale.

Our breeding goals for our bulls are very simple; high marbling with reasonable growth. To this end, over 80% of our 2023 sale bulls were in the top 10% of the breed for the Fullblood Terminal Index and the F1 Terminal Index; Aside from the use of genetic tools, we have a strong focus on the basics of phenotype and fertility. We breed easy doing cattle that perform in all conditions, with animals being sent from the top to the bottom of the east coast.
